Notice is hereby given regarding the addition of 10 childcare institutions to the Taoyuan City Government's 2022 Special Contract Childcare Service Program for Employees' Children.

Explanation:
1. To assist colleagues in resolving childcare issues, the Taoyuan City Government utilizes a public-private partnership mechanism to sign special contracts with legally established childcare service institutions in the city. In 2022, special preferential programs were already in place with 87 childcare service institutions, and now an additional 10 childcare service institutions, including kindergartens and infant care centers, have been added.

2. The relevant matters of the Taoyuan City Government's 2022 Special Contract Childcare Service Program for Employees' Children are as follows:
(1) Eligible beneficiaries and methods:
1. Eligible beneficiaries include civil servants and public school employees of all agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government, encompassing civil servants, technicians, workers, drivers, contract employees, and temporary staff.
2. Benefits can be enjoyed by presenting documents such as an employee card, identification card, or proof of employment.
(2) This program only provides preferential information for eligible beneficiaries to refer to and utilize freely. It does not handle any money, nor does it collect any financial returns. If any consumption disputes or lawsuits arise, the eligible beneficiary shall handle them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code. The Taoyuan City Government will not intervene in the fulfillment of rights and obligations between the parties and the childcare service institution.
(3) This program is a 2-year term. The cooperation period for the newly added childcare institutions starts from the date of this letter and lasts until the end of the 2-year special contract period. Any termination of cooperation or cessation of business by a childcare service institution will be announced on the website of the Human Resources Department of the Taoyuan City Government.
(4) The special contract childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be inquired about on the Employee Welfare section of the Human Resources Department website of the Taoyuan City Government.

3. Attached is the "List of Special Contract Childcare Service Institutions and Preferential Measures for Employees' Children of the Taoyuan City Government in 2022." Colleagues are requested to refer to it for use.
