| 1. | To promote students' understanding of mother tongue culture through poetry recitation, our organization is collaborating with the New Taiwan Cultural Foundation to co-host the "2022 Poems My Mother Taught Me" National Children and Youth Creative Poetry Recitation Competition. |
| 2. | We kindly ask your school's teachers and staff to guide students in reciting mother tongue poems, record personal or group recitation videos, and submit them to the official event website (http://www.readapoem.com.tw/) for registration and participation. The registration deadline is November 1, 2022, at 12:00 PM. The first 300 registrants will receive early bird prizes. |
| 3. | The organizing unit has compiled the "2022 Poems My Mother Taught Me" publication, which includes numerous poems suitable for children and youth recitation, to assist teachers and students in selection and application. An electronic version is attached for your reference. You can also download the electronic version from the "Latest Announcements" tab under "2022 Children's Poetry Special Issue" on the "2022 Poems My Mother Taught Me" event website. |
