| I. | In accordance with this Bureau's letter dated June 8, 111 (ROC calendar), No. 1110050965 (as you may be aware), and the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Culture (hereinafter referred to as the "Culture Bureau") letter dated September 7, 111, No. 1110021836. |
| II. | The Culture Bureau is organizing a Hokkien language "Da Hui Gu" (call and response) competition. Participation is open to all, with teams of two. However, at least one participant must be a student currently enrolled in a public or private elementary school. The topic is self-selected, with topics related to Taoyuan's local culture and natural features being particularly encouraged. The registration deadline is September 30, 111. |
| III. | For this competition, the champion will receive NT$30,000, the runner-up NT$20,000, the third place NT$10,000, and honorable mentions NT$5,000 each. Medals will also be awarded to encourage the public's understanding and interest in Hokkien culture, enhance communication skills in Hokkien, and promote its use in daily life. |
