| 2. | To help young people understand the harms of tobacco and e-cigarettes, and to strengthen their anti-smoking skills and correct concepts of tobacco hazard prevention and control, this competition is specially organized. Young students who understand themselves best are encouraged to creatively brainstorm anti-smoking themes. The competition content and awards are summarized as follows: |
| (1) Participants: |
| 1. Group 1: 5th and 6th graders of public and private elementary schools in this City for the 111 academic year. 2. Group 2: Students of public and private junior high schools in this City for the 111 academic year. |
| 3. Group 3: Students of public and private senior high schools in this City for the 111 academic year. |
| (2) Creative Format: |
| 1. 5th and 6th grade group: Creative poster. |
| 2. Junior high school group: 30-second short film creation. |
| 3. Senior high school group: Meme creation. |
| (3) Registration Deadline: From now until October 7, 111. |
| (4) Judging Criteria: |
| 1. Experts from the media communication field, public health and tobacco hazard control fields, and internal appointed experts will be invited to serve as judges. Scoring will be based on 40% for anti-smoking (tobacco) theme, 30% for feasibility, 20% for creativity, and 10% for online popularity voting. |
| 2. Online popularity voting: Submitted works will be uploaded to the Bureau's Facebook page for online voting. One online popularity award will be selected for each group. |
| (5) Awards: |
| 1. Participation Award: All participants will receive a NT$100 gift certificate. |
| 2. Top 3 and 5 honorable mentions in each group will be selected: |
| (1) First Place: Each participant (group) will receive a NT$6,000 gift certificate, one certificate of commendation. The supervising teacher will receive two commendations and a NT$2,000 gift certificate. |
| (2) Second Place: Each participant (group) will receive a NT$4,000 gift certificate, one certificate of commendation. The supervising teacher will receive one commendation and a NT$1,500 gift certificate. |
| (3) Third Place: Each participant (group) will receive a NT$2,000 gift certificate, one certificate of commendation. The supervising teacher will receive one certificate of commendation and a NT$1,000 gift certificate. |
| (4) Honorable Mention: 5 winners; each participant (group) will receive a NT$1,000 gift certificate and one certificate of commendation. |
| (5) Online Popularity Award: One winner selected by popular vote in each group. Each participant (group) will receive a NT$3,000 gift certificate and one certificate of commendation. |
| 3. School Participation Award: Schools with 3 or more submitted works will receive a certificate of commendation. |
