Campus energy saving and carbon reduction personnel training workshop

Subject: Attached is a copy of the Ministry of Education's "Campus Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Promotion Personnel Training Seminar Brochure." Please encourage and inform your subordinates to actively participate. Details are as follows. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) Zi No. 1112703972 dated September 22, 111.
2. In order to cooperate with the Executive Yuan's promotion of the 2050 Net-Zero Emissions, Energy Transition, and Government Agencies and Schools Electricity Efficiency Management Plan, and to continuously improve energy-saving performance, it is hoped that the energy-saving management personnel participating will gain professional knowledge from simple to in-depth, and cultivate the ability to independently promote energy management, plan energy-saving improvements for existing school buildings, and respond to national policies for promoting relevant energy education. The relevant explanations are as follows:
(1) A total of 5 sessions will be held this year (2 online and 3 in-person). Registration website: https://www.ftis.org.tw/active/sp111090510075267.htm. The method of holding the event will be adjusted dynamically based on the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center. The sessions are as follows:
1. Online sessions (meeting links will be notified via E-MAIL to successfully registered participants before the event):
(1) Time: October 7, 111 (Friday), October 28, 111 (Friday). Each session is limited to 200 people.
(2) Participants: Personnel or supervisors responsible for energy management in all levels of schools under the jurisdiction of county and city governments, and environmental education counseling groups of county and city governments' education bureaus.
2. In-person sessions (Northern session):
(1) Time: October 21, 111 (Friday)
(2) Location: Tso Nan Hall, 5th Building, Soochow University - Downtown Campus (No. 56, Section 1, Guiyang Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City)
(3) Participants: Personnel or supervisors responsible for energy management in all public and private senior high schools and above, national university affiliated hospitals and farms, affiliated elementary schools, and agencies (institutions) under the Ministry of Education.
(4) Number of participants: 80 people per session, on a first-come, first-served basis. This will be adjusted dynamically in accordance with the epidemic prevention management regulations of the competent authority.
(2) Course Fee: Free of charge (Participants must attend the entire course and submit the course learning sheet to obtain a certificate of completion. 5 hours of environmental education will also be provided).
3. Participants in this case will be granted official (business) leave registration by their respective schools according to their responsibilities.
