The 14th National Legal Database Competition

Subject: To inform you about the "14th National Legal Database Competition" organized by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education. We encourage students from your school to participate. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
I. This is in accordance with the letter from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated September 21, 111 (2022), with reference number 臺教國署學字第1110127434号.
II. The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education aim to encourage junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school students (including the first, second, and third years of five-year junior colleges) across the nation to effectively utilize the National Legal Database. By organizing the "National Legal Database Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition," we hope to implement the principle of rule of law education from a young age, achieve the comprehensive promotion of legal education, and establish a concept of knowing and abiding by the law.
III. The key points of the aforementioned activity are summarized as follows:
(1) Participants: Junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school students nationwide (including the first, second, and third years of five-year junior colleges). Participants will be divided into "Junior High School Group" and "Senior High School/Vocational High School Group." The competition will consist of two stages: an online preliminary round and an on-site final.
(2) Preliminary Round: From now until October 25, 111 (2022).
(3) Question Format: The online challenge will consist of multiple-choice questions based on common legal scenarios in daily life.
(4) Activity Website: https://compete.law.moj.gov.tw.
IV. Attached are the "Key Points of the Legal Knowledge King Online Challenge Competition" and the "Activity Poster," each in one copy.
