| 2. | The aforementioned exhibition will be held from October 21 (Friday) to October 24 (Monday), 111 (2022), at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. "Art Education Day" will be held on October 24 (Monday), 111 (2022), with the Ministry of Education serving as the guiding body. |
| 3. | The "Art Education Day" is open for group registrations from secondary schools. The association will arrange pre-event educational sessions and on-site guided tours. To encourage active participation from all levels of schools and to enhance students' aesthetic experiences, the Ministry of Education will subsidize relevant expenses. The subsidy principles are as follows: |
| (1) | Eligible participants: Students from regular classes (junior high and senior high) and art specialty classes (junior high, senior high, and upper elementary grades) from schools north of Taichung. Each school is limited to 60 participants. |
| (2) | 500 discounted tickets will be provided. The distribution will prioritize general schools, schools with art specialty classes, and schools in remote areas, with adjustments made based on actual registration numbers. |
| (3) | Each discounted ticket costs NT$300 (New Taiwan Dollars, hereinafter referred to as the same). Students will only need to pay NT$150, with the remaining NT$150 subsidized by the Ministry of Education. |
| (4) | Round-trip bus transportation and insurance fees will be subsidized by the Ministry of Education. |
| (5) | If there are any additional expenses such as meals or accommodation, they may be covered by the applying unit within their self-funded budget. |
| 4. | It is recommended that the content of the exhibition be suitable for students from upper elementary grades and above. Students younger than this may be placed on a waiting list by the organizer. Schools are advised to review the official website (http://art-taipei.com) in advance and assess how the content can effectively integrate with student learning before registering. |
| 5. | Information regarding subsidy applications will be sent in a separate letter to registered schools after the registration process is complete. Schools under the jurisdiction of this city will have their applications consolidated by the local education authority before being submitted to the Ministry. These schools will be required to contribute a matching fund based on their financial status. Other private and public schools will be directly assisted by the Ministry of Education. |
| 6. | To effectively manage ticket allocations, schools interested in participating must first contact the association by phone to confirm availability and register in advance.
