For your information, here is the implementation guideline for the 7th Civil Servants and Teachers Table Tennis Championship of our city.

Details:
1. The event will be held on November 19, 2022 (Saturday) at 8:00 AM at the Taoyuan City Indoor Stadium.

2. Team formation and eligibility:
(1) Civil Servants Group:
1. Teams can be formed by the City Council, the City Audit Office, the first-level agencies of the City Government (including subordinate agencies), various public institutions, district offices (including the Fuxing District Council), and the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association. Each can form 1 to 2 male and female teams respectively. Considering the large number of staff in the Environmental Protection Bureau (including subordinate agencies), they can form up to 3 male and female teams respectively. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Bureau, Youth Affairs Bureau, and Department of Information Technology can form joint teams or combine with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Department of Government Ethics, and the Research and Development Review Committee to form a city government combined team.
2. Participants in each team are limited to full-time personnel, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, security guards, contract employees within the budget, acting personnel, and temporary staff paid monthly. Substitute service personnel are not included.
3. Participants from the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies and schools subordinate to the City Government.
(2) Teachers Group:
1. Teams will be formed by district. Each district office can form 1 male and 1 female team to participate. Participants in each team are limited to full-time teachers and staff, and contract employees of the municipal schools within the district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are not included.
2. Full-time staff of municipal schools at all levels can choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers Group, but cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff of municipal kindergartens will be included in the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

3. The expenses for participating teams will be borne by each agency (expenses for the Teachers Group will be covered by the budget allocated for "District-level Public Sports Events" by each district office).

4. In accordance with COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, only participants and staff will be allowed to enter the venue. All individuals entering the venue must wear a mask, undergo temperature checks, use hand sanitizer, and complete a health declaration form. Individuals with a fever will not be permitted to participate.

5. Agencies and public institutions forming teams are requested to complete the registration form and upload the WORD electronic file along with the scanned PDF file with official seal to the Personnel Department's intranet (https://ipersonnel.tycg.gov.tw) by October 19, 2022 (Wednesday).

6. A team leaders' meeting will be held on October 26, 2022 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Participating agencies must send representatives. Those who do not attend will have their team's draw conducted by the organizer, and no objections will be accepted.
