Please be informed that our university's civil servant colleagues, if interested in serving as invigilators for the 111th Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants in the Taoyuan examination area, please obtain consent from your direct supervisor and submit the recommendation form (as attached) to the Human Resources Office by October 31st.
Details:
I. Examination dates and examination areas are as follows:
(I) Grade 3 Examination: December 10-12, 111 (a total of 3 days). Examination areas are the Municipal Zhongli Commercial Vocational High School and Yongfeng High School.
(II) Grade 4 Examination: December 10-11, 111 (a total of 2 days). The examination area is the Municipal Yongfeng High School.
(III) Grade 5 Examination: December 10, 111 (a total of 1 day). The examination area is the Municipal Taoyuan High School.
II. To comply with the epidemic prevention measures for COVID-19, please fill out the invigilator recommendation form as required. Related matters are as follows:
(I) When filling out the form, you must select the examination area and grade level you wish to participate in. Once selected by the Taoyuan City Government, you are required to participate in all examination duties for the entire duration (according to the examination schedule).
(II) To facilitate the interface and comparison with the control lists from the Examination Affairs and Development Commission and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Ministry of Health and Welfare, please provide your national ID number when applying.
(III) Recommended individuals must have completed 3 doses of the vaccine before the examination duties. Please fill in the vaccination dates as recorded on your COVID-19 vaccination record card.
III. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Selection and Appointment Guidelines for Invigilators." Those who meet the selection criteria will be notified by separate letter of appointment. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold an invigilator identification card for national examinations or have prior experience as invigilators in national examinations. Furthermore, staff appointed to participate in examination duties will be granted official leave for the duration of their service and will be paid an daily invigilation fee. They may not apply for compensatory leave.
