"111 Academic Year Student Dance Competition" Team Leader Meeting and Lottery Draw

| Subject: | Regarding the convening of the team leader meeting and drawing for the city's "111 Academic Year Student Dance Competition", please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the "111 Academic Year Student Dance Competition Implementation Guidelines" of this city. |
| 2. | The relevant information for the aforementioned team leader meeting is as follows: |
| (1) | Time: November 2, 111 (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM. |
| (2) | Location: 5th Floor Conference Room, Taoyuan Senior High School Administration Building (as attached). |
| (3) | The drawing will be conducted immediately after the team leader meeting. All participating schools must send representatives to attend to avoid affecting their own rights and interests. Those who do not arrive on time will have their draw conducted by the organizing unit publicly, and no objections will be accepted. After the draw, no changes to the list will be allowed. |
| (4) | This bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave to attending personnel, provided that their teaching duties are managed independently. |
| 3. | 111 Academic Year: Cancellation of rehearsal registration and competition notes: |
| (1) | The aforementioned competition will not provide rehearsals for individual categories. |
| (2) | Rehearsals for group categories A, B, and C of all levels: In response to the protective measures for the severe infectious pneumonia epidemic, rehearsal registration is canceled for the 111 academic year. It will be replaced by on-site positioning before the competition. Please refer to Attachment 2 of the Implementation Guidelines, "Notes on On-Site Positioning for Taoyuan City's 111 Academic Year Student Dance Competition," for related matters. |
| (3) | Competition Dates and Location: From November 18 (Friday) to November 20 (Sunday), 111, at the Taoyuan Municipal Jianguo Junior High School Activity Center (No. 20, Jiexin Street, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). Participating personnel are requested to arrive on time according to regulations. |
| (4) | In accordance with Article 12 of the aforementioned Implementation Guidelines, please grant official (business) leave to personnel from your affiliated schools or organizations who participate in this competition. |
| 4. | Related competition information will be announced on the website of Taoyuan Municipal Taoyuan Senior High School (URL: https://www.tysh.tyc.edu.tw/ischool/publish_page/112/) after the team leader meeting. |
| 5. | Parking spaces at Taoyuan Senior High School are limited. Please use nearby parking lots. |
