| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Elementary Education's letter dated October 21, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1110143477, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' letter dated October 17, 111 (2022), Ref: Wai Shou Ling San Zi Di 1117000870. |
| 2. | To protect the rights and interests of our citizens and to instill correct concepts of overseas safety from an early age, the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has commissioned the PaGamO online education platform to conduct an overseas safety online learning promotion activity for primary and secondary school students from October 4 to December 13 of this year (111/2022), in conjunction with the "Adventures of Pogo in Snowy Lands" video series. |
| 3. | The aforementioned online learning activity integrates animated video content, using the mascot Pogo's journey to foreign countries to introduce precautions for carrying items through customs in various countries, response measures when encountering theft overseas, procedures for replacing lost passports abroad, and other common knowledge for traveling overseas, as well as the emergency assistance services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its overseas missions. |
| 4. | To encourage senior secondary and below school students to complete the learning activity, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will randomly select 10 participants from each group to receive a NT$1,000 welfare gift voucher and another 10 participants to receive a Pogo neck pillow. Additionally, one iPad Mini will be awarded to a participant from all participants in this session. We kindly request your assistance in promoting this activity to encourage students to participate enthusiastically. |
