| 1. | The "41st Global Chinese Student Literature Award" is open to all students currently enrolled in high schools, junior high schools, or equivalent institutions, both domestically and internationally, who write in Chinese. |
| 2. | The submission period is from October 15, 2022, to March 6, 2023. All global submissions must be made through the online submission system on the "Mingdao Literature and Art Website" at the following URL: https://wp.mingdao.edu.tw/. |
| 3. | A physical event poster will be mailed separately. |
