| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's official letters dated March 14, 111 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 11100218881) and September 5 of the same year (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 1110080486), this matter is being processed. |
| II. | The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Selection Content: |
| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement"—greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds—select at least one item as the main content of the video, and conduct candid filming and interviews of participants during the activity. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented through a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| (3) | Activities can include classroom, outdoor education, class, or school-wide educational activities. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement"—greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds—select at least one item as the main content of the video, and conduct original video filming. |
| (2) | The video content can be presented in various forms such as short plays, advertisements, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (3) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The video length (including intro and outro) should be between 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes and 30 seconds. |
| 2. | The video format should be compatible with YouTube upload (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 3. | Each submitted work can have a maximum of 3 main authors. Please complete the "Three Beauties of the Heart Exemplary Selection Activity Registration Form," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Entry Authorization Commitment Letter" (as attached in Appendix 1, 2, and 3 of the implementation plan). Mail (or deliver) these along with the video CD to the Student Affairs Office of Huilong Junior and Senior High School (No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333), Tel: (02) 8209-6088 ext. 313, 310. |
| (4) | Submission Deadline: From now until January 31, 112 (Friday) (postmark date applies). |
| (5) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Education Bureau and its affiliated agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded according to the "Review Standards for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City" (if a winning work is a collaboration, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Special Excellence" and "Excellence" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public senior high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded according to the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals in Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers in Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Guidelines for Commendations and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Public Senior High Schools, Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public senior high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of merit will be issued by the Bureau. |
| (3) | The Bureau will award a gift certificate of NT$5,000 for each "Special Excellence" work and NT$3,000 for each "Excellence" work. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" works, one certificate of merit will be issued by the Bureau to each author. |
