| Subject: | Regarding our school's organization of "Northern Region Outdoor Education and Marine Education Expert On-Site Services," we encourage elementary and middle schools in the six northern counties and cities to apply for expert on-site services. Please refer to the details in the explanation section for your reference. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration's letter dated February 10, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1110006977. |
| II. | Purpose of the activity: |
| (1) | In line with the development of the 108 curriculum, assist schools in developing school-based curricula for outdoor education and marine education, in order to integrate local resources and develop school-specific curricula. |
| (2) | Introduce external resources to schools, provide consulting services for outdoor education and marine education related issues, and establish a mechanism for long-term expert mentorship and collaboration. |
| III. | Assistance provided: |
| (1) | The service methods can include workshops, seminars, and curriculum collaboration, which will be negotiated between the school and the visiting expert based on the school's needs. |
| (2) | The types of services provided include: |
| 1. | Development of school-based curricula for outdoor education and marine education. |
| 2. | Recommendations for safety risk management in the implementation of outdoor education and marine education. |
| IV. | Information regarding the aforementioned activity is as follows: |
| (1) | Target audience: Public elementary and middle schools nationwide. |
| (2) | Application period: From now until November 18, 111 (Friday). |
| (3) | Expert on-site service period: From now until December 2, 111 (Friday). |
| (4) | Location of expert on-site services: Schools applying for expert on-site services. |
| (5) | To prevent the spread of COVID-19, expert on-site services can be conducted via video conferencing. |
| (6) | Fees for expert on-site services: Expenses incurred by the expert's attendance will be covered by the National Education Administration's commissioned team. |
