| Details: |
| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan for the 111th year "Quality Cram School, Caring Love" Educational Staircase Activity in Taoyuan City. |
| II. | Activity Content: From January 1, 112 to December 31, 112, free cram school resources for subjects such as academics, languages, civil service exams, and after-school care will be provided to students from disadvantaged families, with a total of 1,171 spots available (details on the number of spots per class can be found at: shorturl.at/beKMP). |
| III. | Eligibility: |
| (1) | Students currently enrolled in public or private elementary schools or higher educational institutions (including adult education) within this city/district. |
| (2) | Families with registered low-income or special needs status for women, children, and adolescents in this city/district, and who are recommended by the school's counseling office or homeroom teacher. |
| (3) | Referred by the Social Affairs Bureau after an assessment. |
| IV. | Application Period: From November 1, 111 to December 31, 111. |
| V. | Application Method: Eligible applicants may apply through one of the following methods: |
| (1) | Submit the required documents directly (by mail) to the Taoyuan City Cram School Business Association (Address: No. 11, Yangming 10th St., Taoyuan District; No. 11, Lane 102, Xingxing Rd., Zhongli District) for review. |
| (2) | Fill out the online form (URL: shorturl.at/beKMP) and then, after being notified of the matching by the association, submit the required documents to the matched cram school. |
| (3) | Required Documents: |
| 1. | Application form. |
| 2. | Proof of low-income or special needs status for women, children, and adolescents, as registered with the district/city government office. |
| 3. | Full household registration transcript (within 3 months) / copy of household registration. |
| 4. | Two 1-inch passport-sized photos. |
| 5. | Consent form from parent or guardian. |
