For your information, please find attached one copy each of the order promulgating amendments to Articles 3, 8, and 9 of the "Administrative Measures for Training and Further Education of Civil Servants in the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools," promulgated by the Executive Yuan on November 7, 2022, the amended articles, a general explanation, and a comparison table of the articles.

轉知有關111年11月7日行政院修正發布之「行政院及所屬機關學校公務人員訓練進修實施辦法」第3條、第8條、第9條發布令影本、修正條文、總說明及條文對照表各1份。
說明：
一、依行政院111年11月7日院授人培字第11130288503號函辦理，並附原函影本1份。
二、本辦法修正重點係增訂因應國家重大政策需要，選送國內全時或部分辦公時間進修之公務人員經行政院專案核准者，得予以補助，以及選送公餘進修公務人員經行政院專案核准者，不受補助上限限制，並配合機關名稱變更及省政府虛級化，爰作此次修正。
