| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Tea Research and Extension Station, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated November 16, 111 (2022), document number 1113412047. |
| 2. | Training Date: November 30, 111 (2022) (Wednesday), from 13:30 to 17:30. |
| 3. | Training Location: First Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Administration Building, Tea Research and Extension Station, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan (No. 324, Zhongxing Rd., Puxin, Yangmei Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| 4. | Target Audience: Priority will be given to junior high and elementary school teachers and nutritionists. |
| 5. | Number of Participants: Approximately 40 participants per session (first-come, first-served, until full). |
| 6. | Registration Information: Please complete the online registration form by 12:00 on November 28, 111 (2022) (Monday) (https://forms.gle/uDaVgApaicMSTPvU7). |
| 7. | Training Content: Food and agriculture education policy promotion, introduction to tea flavor wheel and characteristic tea tasting practice, tea brewing practice, sensory evaluation test for Taiwanese characteristic teas. The training schedule is attached. Participants who complete the entire session can register for 3 hours of public servant learning hours (your ID number must be provided during on-site sign-in). Additionally, those who pass the sensory evaluation test for Taiwanese characteristic teas will receive a separate paper certificate for the training hours as encouragement. |
| 8. | As this training includes tasting practice sessions, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, please present a negative COVID-19 rapid test result (a photo of the rapid test result) taken on the day of or the day before the training at check-in to participate. |
