| II. | The aforementioned activity provides an opportunity for teachers and students from the city's science education and gifted education teams to observe each other and share experiences. It also integrates the promotion and achievements of science education and gifted education to enhance students' creativity, science education, and gifted education literacy. |

| (I) | Participants: Public and private elementary and junior high school students, parents, and teachers in the city. |
| (II) | Time and Location: December 3, 2022 (Saturday), from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Jiande Elementary School. |
| (III) | Activity Plan: |
| 1. | Award Ceremony: To honor students and teams who won awards in the city's 2022 Science Education Promotion Plan "Water Rocket Competition" and "Elementary School Science Basic Ability Competition." Related matters will be notified separately. |
| 2. | Performances by the city's featured teams. |
| 3. | Science Education and Gifted Education Challenge Activities (a total of 74 booths). |
| (IV) | Activity posters have been placed in the exchange cabinets of all schools under this bureau. Please send representatives to pick them up and post them in your schools for widespread promotion. This year, in response to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's "International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development" (IYBSSD), universities have been specially invited to set up booths. Please encourage parents, teachers, and students to participate. |
| IV. | To save energy and reduce carbon emissions, please encourage parents, teachers, and students to use public transportation or carpool. It is also recommended to start early. |
| V. | Attached are the activity schedule and the "List of Challenge Activity Booths" for the aforementioned event, one copy of each. |
