| 1. | In accordance with the "111 Academic Year Health Promotion School - Oral Hygiene Center School Implementation Plan" of our city. |
| 2. | The purpose of this event is to combine students' artistic talents and enhance their awareness of oral hygiene issues through the process of creative poster design and production, establishing correct concepts for maintaining oral hygiene. |
| 3. | Information regarding this event is as follows: |
| (1) | Groups: Junior elementary school group, senior elementary school group, junior high school group. |
| (2) | Participating schools: All schools in the Oral Hygiene Inter-school Alliance must participate (one entry each for the junior and senior elementary school groups, totaling two entries; two entries per school for the junior high school group). Other schools are welcome to participate voluntarily. |
| (3) | Awards for participating students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and NT$2,000 gift voucher. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per group, 6 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and NT$1,500 gift voucher. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and NT$1,000 gift voucher. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (several winners per group): A Certificate of Commendation will be awarded to each. |
| (4) | The aforementioned gift vouchers and certificates of commendation will be awarded on Wednesday, April 12, 112 (2023) at the city's Oral Hygiene Issue Achievement Presentation. |
| (5) | Awards for supervising teachers: 2 commendations for first place, 1 commendation for second place, a certificate of commendation for third place, and a certificate of commendation for honorable mention. (One award per teacher, based on merit). |
| (6) | Those who wish to participate should submit their works by Tuesday, March 7, 112 (2023) to the Student Affairs Office of Yangmei Elementary School (No. 1, Xiaoqian Rd., Yangmei Dist., Taoyuan City). Please send by registered mail or in person. Use a hard paper tube for shipping, and do not fold the artwork to avoid damage. |
