The Taoyuan City Government is holding the selection and commendation for outstanding female civil servants in 112 (2023). Please recommend civil servants from our school to participate in the selection through the Personnel Office before December 28, 111 (2022).

Details:
1. In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Commending Outstanding Female Civil Servants of the Taoyuan City Government."

2. Please proceed with the aforementioned selection and recommendation process according to the implementation guidelines. Key points are as follows:
(1) Eligible candidates: Female civil servants and contract employees of all government agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Qualification criteria for recommendation: Must meet one of the achievements specified in Article 3 of the implementation guidelines.
(3) Principles for recommendation:
1. Priority will be given to those who have not been selected as model civil servants or outstanding female civil servants by the city government in the past three years.
2. Each first-level agency (including its subordinate agencies or schools) of the Taoyuan City Government is limited to recommending 3 individuals. Agencies without subordinate units and district offices are limited to 1 individual.
(4) Disqualifications for selection as an outstanding female civil servant:
1. Within the past three years, has received any criminal penalty, disciplinary action, impeachment, censure, or a demerit or above in regular performance evaluations.
2. Within the past three years, has received an annual performance rating of "B" or equivalent or lower.
(5) Recommendation method: Each first-level agency (second-level agencies and schools will be coordinated by the first-level agency) and district office shall submit relevant materials for those who meet the commendation criteria to the Taoyuan City Government for review.
(6) Submission timeline: Each first-level agency and district office of the Taoyuan City Government shall submit relevant materials for those who meet the criteria for commendation as outstanding female civil servants to the city government for review by December 31, 111 (Saturday). If necessary, the deadline may be extended to January 7, 112 (Saturday).

3. Those selected as outstanding female civil servants by the Taoyuan City Government will be publicly awarded a medal and a NT$5,000 gift certificate, and will be granted 3 days of official leave.
