| Subject: | To promote environmental education on campus, the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Executive Yuan, in collaboration with the National Science and Technology Museum, has developed the "Soil and Water Conservation Disaster Prevention Action Teaching Kit - Decryption Game I & II." We encourage your school to actively apply for borrowing. Please be informed. |

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the National Science and Technology Museum dated December 23, 2022, Ref. No. 1116163473. |
| II. | The aforementioned teaching kit integrates content on soil and water conservation and disaster prevention into games, sparking students' interest in learning. It is suitable for classroom instruction and school activities to enhance students' environmental education knowledge. |
| III. | Applications for borrowing for the second semester of the 111th academic year are now being accepted. The contents of the teaching kit and the borrowing procedures are attached. The general borrowing period for the teaching kit is five weeks. If an extension is needed due to teaching or promotional requirements, please contact us via email or phone. |
| IV. | Schools that apply will not be charged any rental fees but will be responsible for the transportation of the teaching kit. Schools that complete their applications before February 21, 2023, and are located more than 30 kilometers from our museum may apply for a subsidy for one-way shipping, as detailed in the attached application form. Borrowing units are responsible for the safekeeping of the kit and must provide a usage record form for the Soil and Water Conservation Disaster Prevention Action Teaching Kit within one week of returning the kit. |
