| Subject: | To assist students with limited resources who are eager to learn and study with peace of mind, our school has established the "Dream 100" scholarship program to provide full scholarships to students who wish to enroll in our school. As detailed below, we kindly request your assistance in promoting this program and recommending eligible students to benefit from it. |

| 1. | To help students with excellent academic performance, a strong desire to learn, and limited resources, our school plans to support ten students annually. For junior and senior high school students, up to ten students will be supported each academic year, totaling one hundred students over ten years. This support includes full scholarships covering tuition, accommodation, meals, or transportation expenses. |
| 2. | Students who receive this assistance are required to pledge to contribute to others, serve the country with loyalty, contribute to society with diligence, and fulfill their filial duties to their parents in the future. They are also encouraged to actively give back to society when they are able. We welcome recommendations and promotional assistance from all schools. |
| 3. | Application Method and Procedure |
| (1) | Recommendations can be made by principals, teachers, parents, social figures, or students themselves from various schools. |
| (2) | Please mail the following documents to the "Dream 100 Group" at the Academic Affairs Office of our school for processing (Recipient: "Dream 100 Group", No. 1110, Zhennan Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County 640). 1. Completed recommendation form (as attached in Appendix 1). The recommendation form must be endorsed by the principal of the applicant's school. |
| 2. Bilingual (Chinese and English) autobiography format (as attached in Appendix 2), academic transcripts for the past two years, and a letter of recommendation from the homeroom teacher. |
| (3) | Application Period: November 1, 2022, to May 1, 2023 (postmark date applies). |
| (4) | Our school will notify applicants in batches for written and oral examinations by May 23, 2023. |
| 4. | The details of the "Dream 100" scholarship program can be found in Appendix 3, and the details of the "Dream 100" scholarship program for students attending universities and colleges can be found in Appendix 4. |
