We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |
| Explanation: |
| 1. | In order to reduce the wealth gap and promote science education, this activity is planned to provide economically disadvantaged students with a fully free outdoor educational opportunity (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, meal expenses, etc.). |
| 2. | The activity period is from now until November 30, 112. The target audience includes economically disadvantaged students from high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools affiliated with government-registered public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Those interested should submit an official letter and complete the following information in advance. Incomplete applications will not be accepted: |
| (1) | Activity Plan Application Form. |
| (2) | Student Visit List. |
| (3) | Remittance Information Form (Applicant Organization and Vendor Information). |
| (4) | Quotation for Transportation and Accommodation Fees (if applicable). |
| 3. | If applying for this program under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to submitting an official letter and completing the activity plan attachments (including the application form, student visit list, remittance information form, etc.), you must also submit photocopies of the applicant organization's registration certificate, articles of association, and other documents as proof. |
| 4. | Related expenses can only be paid after our museum has formally approved your application and notified your unit. Expenses cannot be paid if the approval process is not completed. Our museum will approve application fees on a first-come, first-served basis. Funds are limited and available until depleted. Two different formats are provided in the attachment for your application. |
