I. Employment Period and Salary Payment Method:
(1) The employment period for the assistant is from February 13, 2022, to June 30, 2023 (no service required during winter and summer breaks, no salary, no year-end bonus, and no severance pay). A one-month probation period applies. If deemed unsuitable during the probation period, employment will not be continued.
(2) Salary is paid hourly during the employment period. Service hours at school are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly wage of NT$176. Daily work is limited to eight hours, with flexible adjustment of start and end times as needed.
(3) During the employment period, mandatory enrollment in labor insurance, national health insurance, and pension contributions according to the Labor Pension Act are required. However, this position is not subject to the Civil Service Appointment Act, Salary Act, Performance Evaluation Act, or Retirement Act, and no objections will be entertained. The institution will subsidize a portion of the actual insured amount, while the individual bears the remaining contribution.

III. Application Date and Method:
Submit the application form (as attached in Appendix I and II) in person to the school's Counseling Office by 4:00 PM on January 11, 2023 (Wednesday). Original and photocopies of supporting documents must be submitted for qualification review. (In-person application is the only accepted method.)
