| 3. | In order to implement the Animal Protection Act, promote the spirit of caring for animals and respecting life, and cultivate students' responsibility and friendly attitude towards raising animals, the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration announced on April 8, 111 (2022), Ref.
