Informed by the Executive Yuan's letter regarding retired personnel who receive or concurrently hold a monthly pension, and are reappointed as Chairman or CEO in institutions listed in Article 77, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 of the Act Governing Retirement, Resignation, and Severance Pay for Civil Servants. If they reach the age of 70 before the end of their term and, due to special considerations, require approval from the Executive Yuan to continue their tenure.
