For your information, regarding the 112-year health check discount program offered by 9 medical institutions, including Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to the civil servants and employees of Taoyuan City Government, you are welcome to refer to and utilize it.

Details:
1. To enable colleagues to monitor their health status and thereby improve work efficiency, starting from January 1, 111, the Taoyuan City Government's health check subsidy has been expanded to include contract employees (including temporary replacements) who have continuously served in their current agencies (institutions) or schools for at least one year. The subsidy for civil servants and employees aged 40 to under 50 has also been increased to NT$4,500 every two years per person. The Taoyuan City Government is also actively negotiating preferential health check programs with medical institutions of regional hospital level or above in the city to provide diverse options for colleagues.

2. Nine medical institutions, including Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, have agreed to provide preferential health check programs. The relevant details are as follows:
(1) Health Check Programs:
1. Taoyuan General Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Min Sheng General Hospital, Taoyuan Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital, St. Paul's Hospital (managed by Sisters of Charity of Sts. Anne), and Tsaicheng Health Care Foundation Tsaicheng Hospital: Offer 4 health check packages at NT$3,500, NT$4,500, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.
2. Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Chang Gung Medical Foundation): Offers 2 health check packages at NT$4,500 and NT$7,000.
3. Taoyuan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Chang Gung Medical Foundation): Offers a health check package at NT$16,000.
4. Taoyuan General Hospital of the Armed Forces, attached Outpatient Department: Offers 3 health check packages at NT$5,000, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.
5. Shin-Lan International Hospital: Offers 3 health check packages at NT$4,500, NT$7,000, and NT$16,000.

(2) Eligible Participants: All colleagues of Taoyuan City Government agencies and schools (including civil servants, contract employees, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, survey assistants, and temporary staff), with no age limit.

(3) Validity Period of Discounts: The preferential programs offered by each medical institution are valid until December 31, 112.

3. Colleagues are encouraged to schedule their health check-ups early. When making an appointment, please proactively inform them that you are a civil servant or employee of Taoyuan City Government. On the day of the check-up, please present your original employee ID.
