2023 Pink Walk: Spring Outing mixed with Exercise Check-in

Subject: To raise public awareness of breast cancer prevention and promote regular exercise habits, the Cancer Prevention Foundation of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) plans to organize the "2023 Pink Walk: Spring Festival Mix & Exercise Check-in" event from January 7th to January 31st. We kindly request your school's assistance in disseminating the event information and encouraging teachers, students, and parents to register and participate. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
I. This is in accordance with the letter from the Cancer Prevention Foundation of Taiwan dated January 5, 112 (Republic of China calendar), Ref: 1110105009.
II. The incidence rate of cancer in our country continues to accelerate, with breast cancer consistently ranking as the top cancer among women. To protect women's health and call for public attention to breast cancer prevention, the Foundation continues to organize the Pink Walk event, encouraging people to develop regular exercise habits and practice concepts such as the "Rainbow Diet 579" and regular screenings to reduce the threat of breast cancer to women.
III. The "2023 Pink Walk: Spring Festival Mix & Exercise Check-in" is an online walking event. Registration can be completed online at any time through the event website. Upon registration, participants will receive a gift package. During the event period, participants can use any mobile app or sports watch to record their exercise, and upload screenshots of their walking mileage to the event website at any time, regardless of time or location. Accumulating mileage allows participants to enter a lucky draw for grand prizes, while also receiving various cancer prevention health education messages.
IV. We request your school's assistance in promoting the event. Let's do good deeds together, win prizes, and gain health. Event details are as follows:
(I) Registration Period: January 7, 112 (Saturday) to January 31, 112 (Tuesday).
(II) Start Date: January 13, 112 (Friday) to January 31, 112 (Tuesday).
(III) Walking Location: Free and unrestricted.
(IV) Donation Registration: NT$450 (donation receipt will be issued).
(V) Registration Method: Scan the QR code on the poster for online registration. Group registration discounts are also available: 1 person free for groups of 5 or more. Classes and students are welcome to register together. For registration inquiries, please call: 02-87879907 ext. 229, 220.
(VI) Event Prizes: Successful registration for the walk entitles participants to 3 major rewards:
1. All successful registrants will receive a registration gift package, including a co-branded outdoor sun hat and cooling towel from the popular sticker set "Textbook Rebellion," offering exceptional value.
2. Upon completing the required mileage, participants can download a personalized digital completion certificate and enter a lucky draw for a chance to win strollers, ible negative ion air purifiers, probiotics, and hundreds of other prizes.
3. By progressively accumulating higher walking mileage and days, participants will have the opportunity to win additional prizes such as Dyson hairdryers and Apple iPads.
(VII) Registration Gift Package Shipping: Shipping will commence on January 9th.
