To handle the selection and commendation of model civil servants for our city in 112, please actively nominate candidates from our school. If you have nominated personnel, please fill out the nomination form (as attached) and submit it to our school's Personnel Office by February 6, 112 (Wednesday).

Details:
1. In accordance with the "Key Points for Commending Model Civil Servants" by the Executive Yuan and the "Implementation Key Points for Commending Model Civil Servants" of our city (hereinafter referred to as the "City Implementation Key Points").

2. Please carry out the nomination process in accordance with the "City Implementation Key Points" (as attached), with the following key points:
(1) Applicable objects: Civil servants and contract employees within the establishment of the Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies, schools, the Fuxing District Office, and the Fuxing District Representative Council.
(2) Nomination qualification conditions: Must meet one of the achievements stipulated in Article 3 of the Implementation Key Points. Please prioritize the nomination of grassroots personnel to boost morale.
(3) Circumstances under which one cannot be selected as a model civil servant:
1. Within the last 3 years, have received criminal penalties, disciplinary actions, impeachment, censure, or warnings (including reprimands or above) in regular performance reviews, or have been ordered to pay attention or be warned by orders issued under the Judicial Officers Act.
2. Within the last 3 years, have received an annual performance rating of B or equivalent or lower, or a position evaluation that is not rated as "good".

3. Those selected as model civil servants of our city will be nominated to participate in the Executive Yuan's model civil servant selection in 112, with 1 to 2 individuals selected based on merit. If selected, they will be granted official leave and other awards in accordance with regulations.

4. Attached are the "Key Points for Commending Model Civil Servants" by the Executive Yuan, the "City Implementation Key Points," and related forms, each in one copy.

5. The "Specific Achievements" section of the model civil servant nomination form should be written in approximately 2,500 to 3,500 characters. The "Brief Introduction of Achievements" is limited to 300 characters. If there are supporting documents, please present them within the "Specific Achievements" section; no additional supporting materials are required.
