【Friendship Sustainable Literacy Scholarship】

Subject: Regarding the application for the AUO Sustainability Foundation "AUO Sustainability Literacy Scholarship" for the second semester of the 111th academic year. Please complete the scholarship application between February 13, 112, and March 10, 112. Please be informed.
Details:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Yuan Zhe Science Education Foundation dated February 1, 112, with reference number 112 Yuan (Enterprise) No. 29.
II. This scholarship will provide NT$3,000 per semester to 60 elementary school students and NT$4,000 per semester to 45 junior high school students in the city. The foundation will directly disburse the scholarship funds to the approved schools' public treasury via wire transfer in June 112.
III. To fulfill the donor's intention of supporting disadvantaged students in our city, please carefully evaluate and recommend students. The foundation will determine the list of recipients and announce it on March 22, 112.
IV. Please refer to Article 2 of the Implementation Guidelines for eligibility criteria.
V. Application Notes:
(1) Please consolidate the application forms of students who have passed the preliminary review and submit them through the online system as a school by March 10, 112, along with all supporting documents.
(2) Recommended quota per school:
1. Elementary school recommendation: 1 student (Elementary school students who have previously received this scholarship can reapply without any limit on the number of times).
2. Junior high school recommendation: 1 to 2 students:
(1) Students with a strong interest in natural sciences who are willing to fully participate in the "Dada Magic Science Camp" organized by this scholarship. Failure to participate will be considered a waiver of eligibility. For online asynchronous courses, scholarships will be awarded upon completion of hands-on projects and submission of learning worksheets.
(2) The foundation will mail information regarding the online course, teaching materials, manuals, and website links to the schools between March 27 and March 31. Please forward these materials to the students, encouraging them to complete the online hands-on course and fill out the online learning worksheets. The videos will be available online from April 3 to April 30. Students should arrange their own time to study online.
(3) The foundation does not accept repeat participants for this camp. Therefore, junior high school students can only apply once.
(3) Documents to be submitted by students:
1. Proof of financial hardship, as per Article 2, Section (2), Item 1 of the Implementation Guidelines (if no written proof is available, the homeroom teacher must briefly describe the actual situation in the "Family Financial Hardship" section of the application form).
2、 Application form and parent consent form, as per Article 2, Section (2) regarding application 대상.
(1) Form 1: For elementary school students (no need to attend the science camp).
(2) Form 2: For junior high school students (required to attend the Dada Magic Science Camp).
3. Academic transcript, as per Article 2, Section (2), Item 3 of the Implementation Guidelines (no separate proof of character is required).
4. School bank account photocopy. If the public treasury is a credit union without a passbook photocopy, please provide alternative proof, or type the account information in a Word document and have it stamped by the cashier's office.
(4) The system will be open from February 13 to March 10. The website is as follows:

(5) This program requires online application (no paper submission needed). Please ensure that each school completes the scholarship application process by March 10. After submitting the data, you will receive an email with the subject "AUO Sustainability Literacy Scholarship Application - Received". If you do not receive it, please contact Ms. Chen at 02-2363-3118 ext. 11.
