| I. | Based on the implementation plan for the 111th academic year's Health Promotion Center's thematic school - "Sex Education (including AIDS Prevention)" Parent-Child Picture Book Creation Competition in our city. |
| II. | This project aims to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills of sex education (including AIDS prevention) among parents, teachers, and students citywide through an academic competition, and to cultivate the core competencies of comprehensive sex education (including AIDS prevention) for parents, teachers, and students citywide. |
| III. | Information regarding this project is as follows: |
| (1) | Categories: Lower grades elementary school, middle grades elementary school, upper grades elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school/vocational school. |
| (2) | Awards for participating students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per category, 5 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$1,000. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per category, 10 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$800. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per category, 15 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$500. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (5 winners per category, 25 winners in total): Certificate of Award and a gift certificate of NT$300. |
| (3) | Awards for supervising teachers: According to the "Appendix Table 2, Cultural and Educational Activities and Competition Activities" - Award Standards for Supervising Various Cultural and Educational Competition Activities, as revised on July 20, 110, in the "Regulations for Rewards and Punishments for Teachers and Staff of Municipal Elementary, Middle, and High Schools and Kindergartens in Our City," First Place: 2 commendations, Second Place: 1 commendation, Third Place: 1 certificate of award, Honorable Mention: 1 certificate of award. |
| (4) | Submission Period: From February 13, 112 (Monday) to March 10, 112 (Friday) (postmark date applies). |
| (5) | Exhibition of Works: Award-winning works will be exhibited at the Health Promotion School Achievement Presentation and other related events organized by the Ministry of Education. |
| IV. | Those interested in participating are requested to submit or mail their works along with the original signed copyright transfer consent form (as attached) to the General Affairs Office of Xiayun Elementary School (Address: No. 14, Lane 6, Xiayun Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City 33643) by March 10, 112 (Friday). Please mark "Health Promotion Sex Education (including AIDS Prevention) Academic Competition" on the envelope. |
