(2) Regulations for the transfer of full-time counselors in elementary and junior high schools: Full-time counselors who are transferred into Miaoli County through the reassignment process to another county/city must serve as full-time counselors in a Miaoli County elementary or junior high school for a full 5 years after being hired by the school. Regulations for the reassignment period for teachers in Miaoli County: Current teachers applying for reassignment within Miaoli County shall be handled in accordance with the "Operational Guidelines for Current Teachers in Miaoli County Elementary and Junior High Schools (including county-affiliated senior high school junior high departments) and Attached Kindergartens Applying for Reassignment within the County."
