| 1. | In accordance with the 112th Uniform Invoice Promotion Tax Art Creation Competition Plan of this Bureau. |
| 2. | The implementation details are as described in the activity guidelines, summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Painting Content: Participants shall create their own titles based on the new measures for uniform invoice prize redemption (including the Uniform Invoice Prize Redemption App), requesting uniform invoices when shopping, mobile payments combined with cloud invoices, automatic cloud invoice matching, donating cloud invoices through social welfare organization codes, information on the three major local taxes (house tax, vehicle license tax, land value tax), types of national and local taxes, convenient service measures, diversified tax payment channels, tax-funded construction, and important tax systems and policies, and present them through painting. |
| (2) | Registration Period: From now until May 22, 112, 5:00 PM. |
| (3) | Eligibility: Students in grades 3 to 6 of public (private) junior high schools and elementary schools in Taoyuan City, as well as residents of this city aged 15 and above (with Republic of China nationality). |
| (4) | Registration Method: All entries must be drawn on four-open size drawing paper (vertical or horizontal orientation is acceptable). After completion, please submit the artwork in person (a receipt will be issued by this Bureau) or mail it via registered mail (postmark date will be used as proof of mailing) before the submission deadline to complete the registration. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Publicity Section, Service Division, and Service Administration Sections of each branch office of this Bureau. |
| (6) | Early Bird Prize: Participants who submit their artwork before May 2, 112, will receive a participation prize. |
| (7) | Competition Categories and Prizes: Divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and adult group. Winners will be awarded prize money and a certificate of commendation from this Bureau as encouragement (for junior high school group winners, their achievements will be considered for bonus points in the 12-year basic education excess enrollment ranking, with scoring standards of Special Excellence (6 points), Excellence (5 points), and Honorable Mention (3 points)). The prizes and number of winners are as follows: |

| (1) | 3 Special Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$3,600 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| (2) | 8 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| (3) | 20 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| 2. | Junior High School Group |
| (1) | 1 Special Excellence Award: The winner will receive NT$3,600 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| (2) | 3 Excellence Awards: Each winner will receive NT$2,000 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| (3) | 10 Honorable Mention Awards: Each winner will receive NT$1,000 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
| 3. | Adult Group (divided into 3 themes, choose one theme to participate) |
| (1) | Special Excellence Award (1 winner per theme): Each winner will receive NT$3,600 in prize money and 1 certificate. |
