| 1. | In order to reduce the wealth gap and promote science education, this activity is planned to provide economically disadvantaged students with a full scholarship for outdoor educational opportunities (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, meal expenses, etc.). |
| 2. | The activity visit period is from now until November 30, 112. The target audience is economically disadvantaged students from high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools affiliated with government-registered public and private children and youth social welfare organizations and related units in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. We kindly request your assistance in informing your affiliated organizations or groups and encouraging them to actively register and participate. Those interested should submit an official letter and complete the following information in advance. Incomplete information will not be accepted: |
| (1) | Activity Plan Application Form. |
| (2) | Student Visit Roster. |
| (3) | Remittance Information Form (Applicant Unit and Vendor Information). |
| (4) | Quotation for Transportation and Accommodation Fees (if applicable). |
| 3. | If applying for this program under the name of a social welfare organization, in addition to submitting an official letter and completing the activity plan attachments (including the application form, student visit roster, remittance information form, etc.), you must also submit copies of the applicant unit's registration certificate, articles of association, and other documents as proof. |
| 4. | Related expenses can only be paid after this museum has officially replied to your unit confirming the application. Expenses cannot be paid if the application has not been approved. This museum will approve application fees in the order they are received. Funds are limited and will be disbursed until depleted. |
