To inform you about the Ministry of Education's recruitment of 2 seconded teachers for the 112 academic year to handle tasks related to art education, pre-service teacher education, and other related matters.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Shi (4) Zi Di 1122600889 dated April 7, 112.

2. To handle matters related to art education and pre-service teacher education, the Ministry of Education plans to second 2 outstanding teachers from national senior high schools and public schools under the jurisdiction of various municipalities and counties (cities) to the Ministry for administrative work in the 112 academic year. The details are as follows:
(1) Teacher qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers who are formally qualified and tenured in public senior high schools and below (excluding remote, outlying island, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional and practical experience in education. Priority will be given to those with educational administration experience and who have participated in or organized art education or teacher training related work.
3. Enthusiastic and responsible for teaching and administrative work.
4. Must be proficient in operating Microsoft Office software.
5. Must not have received any criminal disciplinary action or administrative penalties.
(2) The secondment period is from August 1, 112, to July 31, 113. Good performance may lead to contract renewal. The maximum period is 2 years. If there is a need to extend the secondment period, each extension shall not exceed 1 year, and the total secondment period shall not exceed 8 years.
(3) Service location: Department of Teacher Education and Art Education, Ministry of Education (12th Floor, No. 5, Xuzhou Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).
(4) Duties: To promote matters related to art education and pre-service teacher education. Work assignments will be made after selection.
(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the attached operational principles and relevant regulations.
