| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1122701466, dated April 20, 2023. |
| 2. | To enhance the awareness, response, and self-management capabilities of teachers in universities, colleges, and primary/secondary schools (including kindergartens), as well as education bureaus (departments) of local governments regarding indoor and outdoor air quality, the Ministry of Education is organizing the aforementioned air quality management promotion seminar. |
| 3. | The seminar will consist of two sessions, covering topics such as "Campus Air Quality Maintenance and Management Regulations," "Impact of Air Pollution on Health and Self-Protection Measures," and "Indoor Air Quality Self-Management." The session details are as follows: |
| (1) | Online Session 1: Tuesday, May 30, 2023. The online meeting room link will be sent via email three days prior to the meeting. |
| (2) | Online Session 2: Thursday, June 1, 2023. The online meeting room link will be sent via email three days prior to the meeting. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until Monday, May 22, 2023, or until the maximum capacity of 120 participants is reached. |

| 4. | Participants who attend the entire seminar will be awarded 3 hours of lifelong learning credit for civil servants or teacher professional development hours. |
| 5. | Personnel participating in this event will be granted official leave by their respective schools according to their authority. |
