To inform you about the recruitment of polling station staff for the 16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and the 11th Legislative Yuan Election in Guishan District.

Details:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Election Commission dated April 13, 112 (2023), No. 1120000443.

II. The election is scheduled for January 13, 113 (2024) (Saturday). Additionally, in accordance with the Executive Yuan's letter dated November 9, 72 (1983), No. 19831109-30519, election staff will be granted one day of compensatory leave. The remuneration for polling station staff will be in accordance with the Central Election Commission's remuneration table for election work.

III. In accordance with Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, the chief administrator, chief supervisor, and more than half of the administrators at polling stations must be current civil servants or public school personnel. The Election Commission may request recommendations from government agencies and public schools at all levels for appointment. Government agencies, public schools, and their staff who are requested to recommend or are appointed shall not refuse.

IV. Attached is the registration form for polling station staff for the 16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and the 11th Legislative Yuan Election in Guishan District. Staff members of this school who are interested in participating as polling station staff should fill out the registration form.
