| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Marine Conservation Administration of the Ocean Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the "MCA") dated April 17, 2023, ref: MCA-GEN-11200036172. |
| 2. | Given that marine conservation has become an international trend, how to utilize life experiences to participate in marine conservation affairs, thereby achieving the goal of a marine-friendly environment, and at the same time, educating our next generation on how to protect marine life to achieve the goal of sustainable use of marine environments and resources. Therefore, the MCA is holding the Marine Conservation Creative Drama Competition for the second time, expecting all sectors to participate in marine conservation affairs through drama and creativity. |

| (1) | Event Time and Location: |
| 1. | Registration Period: From April 15, 2023, to September 20, 2023. |
| 2. | Preliminary Round: Early October 2023 (announced after online internal review). |
| 3. | Final Round: October 28, 2023 (Kaohsiung Cultural Center, Chih-Shan Hall). |
| (2) | Event Categories: |
| 1. | Student Group: High school and below (including high school) are classified as the student group. |
| 2. | General Group: High school and above are classified as the general group. |
| (3) | Registration Method: This competition requires paper registration. Participating teams must record a trial performance video. It is not necessary to perform the entire play, but a complete performance segment of 3 to 5 minutes must be recorded. The video should be uploaded to YouTube first, and the URL should be attached to the paper registration form. |
| (4) | Total Prize Money: NT$500,000. |
