For your information, the Longtan District Office of Taoyuan City is recruiting election workers for the "16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and the 11th Legislative Yuan Election." Please refer to the details below.

Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Election Commission dated April 13, 112 (2023), document number 1120000443.

2. The 16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and the 11th Legislative Yuan Election, as resolved by the 587th committee meeting of the Central Election Commission, are scheduled to be held on Saturday, January 13, 113 (2024).

3. According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, the chief administrator, chief supervisor, and more than half of the administrators at each polling station must be current civil servants (interpreted in the broadest sense).

4. Regarding compensatory leave for election workers for the 16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and the 11th Legislative Yuan Election, according to the Executive Yuan's letter dated November 9, 1983, document number 72 Ren Zheng Can Zi 30519, election workers will be granted one day of compensatory leave.

5. If colleagues wish to apply as a group, please first refer to the (provisional) table of polling stations and staff allocation for the district (Attachment 1). Fill in the required personnel and personal information for the polling station in the recommendation roster (Attachment 2). Without a formal document, please directly send it to the election officer's mailbox at the district office (10010736@mail.tycg.gov.tw).

6. If colleagues wish to apply as individuals, please use the registration data card (Attachment 3). Fill in complete personal information, obtain signatures from your unit supervisor, HR supervisor, and agency/school head, and then submit the hard copy in person, by mail, or by fax to the district office. The district office will then select suitable polling stations and positions for assignment.

7. Attached are the (provisional) table of polling stations and staff allocation for Longtan District, the recommendation roster, and the registration data card, each in one copy.
