| Subject: | Attached is the implementation plan for the "13th Taoyuan City Calligraphy Competition" (Shusheng Cup). We encourage individuals registered in Taoyuan City or studying in schools at all levels within the city to actively participate and assist in promoting this event. |

| 1. | In accordance with the official letter No. 1120037166 issued by the Department of Education, Taoyuan City, on April 25, 112. |
| 2. | This competition is divided into the following five groups: (1) Elementary School - Middle Grades, (2) Elementary School - Upper Grades, (3) Junior High School, (4) Senior High School/Vocational School (including the first three years of five-year junior colleges), and (5) University/College and Social Group. |
| 3. | Preliminary judging date: Please mail your submission, along with the registration form (as attached in Appendix II) affixed to the upper right corner of the back, to the Academic Affairs Office of Nanmen Elementary School by June 12, 112 (Monday). The list of finalists will be announced on our school's website (http://www.nmes.tyc.edu.tw/) by 4:00 PM on June 19 (Monday). |
| 4. | Finals date: Sunday, July 2, 112, in the morning. The finals will be held in two sessions at the "Active Living Hall" of Nanmen Elementary School. |
| 5. | The implementation plan for this event is attached for your reference. |
