| I. | Campus Joint Distribution Application Period: From June 9, 2023 (Friday) 9:00 to June 12, 2023 (Monday) 14:00.Please fill out the application on the "Senior High School Arts Talent Class Online Application and Registration System". All applications must be submittedonlineand application materials mailed. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted.Graduating students must apply through their current school.,and attach a copy of their junior high school graduation exam (double-sided print). The copy must have the stamp of the handling office, the student's signature, and the words "Conforms to the original". |
| II. | The system will send a notification for course selection to the student's personal email address on June 21, 2023. |
| III. | Please inform students that after applying, they mustfill in their course preferences on the "Senior High School Arts Talent Class Online Application and Registration System" from 9:00 AM on June 26, 2023 (Monday) to 5:00 PM on June 30, 2023 (Friday). All applications must be submitted online. The joint distribution course selection form must be printed, signed by both parents (or guardians) and the student,and mailed by registered express mail. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted. |
| IV. | Students applying for the gifted program in senior high school arts (fine arts) must pass the 112 academic year gifted student identification and review for senior high schools in the Taoyuan District of Taiwan and obtain the identification result notification. |
| V. | If the fine arts program school to which the student is applying uses the junior high school graduation exam scores as an admission threshold, the student must obtain the 112 junior high school graduation exam score report and meet the school's threshold. For details on score calculation and admission methods, please refer to pages 42-43 of the prospectus. |
| VI. | Students with special status must submit supporting documents along with their application materials. |
| VII. | Please ensure that all schools pay attention to the relevant operating schedule and carefully confirm the applicant's information during the pre-application process to avoid any errors that may affect the applicant's registration or admission qualifications. |
