To inform you that the "Regulations on the Cultivation of Public Servants' Morals and Performance Incentives" has been renamed the "Public Servants Incentive Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Incentive Regulations"), and the full text has been amended and promulgated by the Examination Yuan on April 25, 2023.

轉知有關「公務人員品德修養及工作績效激勵辦法」名稱修正為「公務人員激勵辦法」（以下簡稱激勵辦法），並修正全文，業經考試院112年4月25日修正發布一案。
說明：
一、依銓敘部112年5月2日部管三字第11255663581號函辦理，並附原函及附件影本1份。
二、本激勵辦法第6條、第8條、第10條及第11條有關模範公務人員及公務人員傑出貢獻獎之資格條件等條文，係自113年1月1日施行。
