Notification regarding the suspension of the application of relevant official letters concerning paid leave for vaccination (including adverse reactions after vaccination) and for confirmed cases with no symptoms or mild symptoms who are released from isolation and quarantine and then undergo 7 days of home isolation, effective May 1, 112.

轉知有關實施不支薪疫苗接種（含接種後發生不良反應）假及無症狀或輕症確診個案解除隔離治療後再進行7天居家隔離期間請防疫隔離假之相關函文，自112年5月1日起停止適用一案。
說明：
一、依教育部112年4月28日臺教人(三)字第1120043092號函辦理。
二、配合指揮中心110年5月5日肺中指字第1103700289號函、110年5月5日肺中指字第1104100085號函、110年9月10日肺中指字第1103700640號函及人事總處110年5月6日總處培字第1103001488號函，自112年5月1日起停止適用，教育部110年5月7日臺教人（三）字第1100064388號函亦自同日起停止適用。
