| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated May 29, 2023, Ref. No. 臺教學（二）字第1122802829A. |
| 2. | Brief information about the aforementioned plan is as follows (please refer to the attached implementation plan for details): |
| (1) | Submission Period: From now until October 12, 2023 (Thursday). |
| (2) | Submissions will be accepted online. Online registration will be open from August 1, 2023 (Tuesday) at https://cis.ncu.edu.tw/NsaSys/literacyArea/moral/register_index. |
| (3) | Selection Categories: |
| 1. | Character Education Teaching Activity Design Category. |
| 2. | Character Theme Story Category. |
| 3. | Character Theme Comic Category. |
| 4. | Character Theme Audio-Visual Category. |
| (4) | Awards: |
| 1. | Character Education Teaching Activity Design: A manuscript fee of NT$900 per thousand characters (maximum NT$4,500 per submission) and a certificate of award will be granted. |
| 2. | Character Theme Story: A manuscript fee of NT$900 per thousand characters (maximum NT$2,700 per submission) and a certificate of award will be granted. |
| 3. | Character Theme Comic: NT$1,500 per submission and a certificate of award will be granted. |
| 4. | Character Theme Audio-Visual: NT$5,000 per submission and a certificate of award will be granted. |
| 5. | Advising teachers of winning entries in the Character Theme Story, Comic, and Audio-Visual categories will be awarded a letter of appreciation. |
| 6. | Administrative Rewards: Your school will be requested to provide administrative rewards to the winning teachers and students according to its authority. |
