| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary Education's letter dated May 26, 112 (2023), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1120070338. |
| 2. | The aforementioned activity is divided into the "Elementary School Group," "Junior High School Group," "Angel of Hope Group," and "Open Group." The activity period is from now until June 30, 112 (2023). Please refer to the activity plan (attached) for information on artwork format, materials, submission methods, and awards. |
| 3. | Competition Groups: |
| (1) | Elementary School Group: Elementary school students. |
| (2) | Junior High School Group: Students from public and private junior high schools. |
| (3) | Angel of Hope Group: Individuals with a disability certificate for "intellectual disability," including those with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, and multiple disabilities with intellectual impairment. |
| (4) | Open Group: No age limit for open participation. |
