For your information, Taiwan Land Bank, Nan-Taoyuan Branch, has been publicly selected by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, to undertake the consumer loan project for national civil servants and public employees from 2021 to 2024.

Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from Taiwan Land Bank, Nan-Taoyuan Branch, dated June 2, 2023, Nan-Taoyuan No. 1120001355.

2. The relevant loan regulations are as follows:
(1) Loan recipients: Employees of central and local government agencies, public schools, and public enterprises (including contract employees who have served continuously for more than 1 year).
(2) Loan interest rate: Based on the current adjustable rate of Chunghwa Post's 2-year fixed deposit plus 0.485% (currently 2.08%).
(3) Related fees: No application fee. NT$100 for credit inquiry fee per person.
(4) Loan term: Maximum of 7 years.
(5) Loan amount: The total monthly principal and interest repayment amount, including other similar loans from financial institutions, shall not exceed one-third of the monthly total salary. Furthermore, the total balance of unsecured debt across all financial institutions, divided by the average monthly income, shall not exceed 22 times.
(6) Guarantee responsibility: Borrowers with a loan amount not exceeding NT$800,000 are exempt from providing a guarantor. For amounts exceeding NT$800,000, real estate collateral or a guarantor approved by the bank is required.

3. Documents to be submitted for application:
(1) Seal, ID card, second form of identification (health insurance card/driver's license), proof of employment, household registration.
(2) Salary proof documents: Latest month's payslip and bank statements for the past 6 months showing salary deposits.

4. Online application: Search for "Land Bank Caring Loan" online, access the "Caring Loan - Retail Banking Single Service Platform - Taiwan Land Bank," and select the handling branch, Nan-Taoyuan Branch. Please refer to the attached "Caring Loan Online Application Process" for details.
