| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated June 8, 112 (2023), Ref: Tai Jiao Zi (6) Zi Di No. 1122702357. |
| II. | To integrate the "Campus Tree Planting and Maintenance Manual," enhance professional knowledge and skills in tree planting and maintenance at schools, and align with the carbon sink theme, we are concurrently holding a CO2 monitoring results presentation by Japanese and domestic/international senior high schools. Therefore, the aforementioned event is being organized. |
| III. | Key information regarding the event schedule is summarized below (details in the attached syllabus): |
| (1) | Date and Time: June 16, 112 (2023) (Friday). The morning session is the tree capacity building workshop; the afternoon session is the "Taiwan Greening Tree Survey Popularization Project" results presentation. Participants can register for each session individually. |
| (2) | Location: AR114 Audiovisual Classroom, College of Agriculture, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (No. 1, Xuefu Road, Neipu Township, Pingtung County). Online participation is also available. |
| IV. | Target Audience: Environmental education counseling groups from various counties and cities, school environmental education teachers, school tree maintenance technicians, and interested school colleagues. |

| VI. | Please grant official leave (or business leave) and arrange for class coverage for participants from your institution as per your authority. Participants who attend at least one session of this event will receive environmental education hours (including extended hours), teacher training hours, or lifelong learning hours for civil servants. The capacity building workshop is 3 hours, and the results presentation is 2 hours, for a maximum total of 5 hours. |
