For your information, regarding the Taoyuan City Government's 112th year "Health Gatekeeper" in-home health check event.

Details:
I. To encourage colleagues to prioritize self-health management, the Taoyuan City Government has partnered with St. Paul's Hospital, a medical foundation of the Sisters of Charity of Sts. Vincent de Paul, after a public selection process to organize this event. The details are as follows:
(I) Time and Location: July 27 or 28, 112 (Thursday or Friday, subject to adjustment based on the number of registrants), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the auditorium, audiovisual center, and parking lot of the Taoyuan District Office.
(II) Participants: Colleagues from all agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government. Family members of employees and on-site walk-in registrations are not permitted. Official leave will be granted by the respective service agencies and schools. Additionally, those eligible for the Taoyuan City Government's health check subsidy may apply for reimbursement from their service agency or school with a payment receipt.
(III) Health Check Packages: Two discounted health check packages will be available on the day of the event, priced at NT$4,500 and NT$7,000, respectively. These include tumor marker screening, ultrasound examinations, and other items. To address common issues among Taoyuan City Government employees such as sedentary obesity and eye strain, special discounted examinations such as lumbar spine X-rays and AI retinal macular degeneration checks have been included.

II. Registration for this event will be conducted online via a Google Form. Please note the following:
(I) Registration Method: Colleagues should choose one session to attend. Each session has a maximum capacity of 200 people. On-site registration will not be available on the day of the event. If the total number of registrants for both sessions is less than 200, colleagues will be asked to cooperate with the organizing authority to adjust their participation date.

3. Registration Period: From now until June 21, 112 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM, or until full.
(II) The Personnel Department of the Taoyuan City Government will notify successful registrants and the personnel units of their respective agencies and schools via email by June 27, 112 (Tuesday). If there are remaining spots, a second phase of registration will be opened, and the date will be announced separately.

III. On the day of the event, participants may remove their masks only when undergoing relevant tests. Otherwise, all participants are required to wear masks throughout the event. The Personnel Department of the Taoyuan City Government will implement staggered check-in and health check procedures based on the number of registrants.
