For your information, here is the implementation guideline for the 8th Civil Servants and Teachers Table Tennis Championship of our city.

Details:
1. The event will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, starting at 8:00 AM at the Taoyuan City Indoor Stadium.

2. Team formation and eligibility:
(1) Civil Servants Group:
1. Teams can be formed by each first-level agency (including subordinate agencies), public enterprises, district offices (including the Fuxing District Representative Assembly) of the Taoyuan City Government, the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association, the City Council, and the City Audit Office. Each can form 1 to 2 male and female teams of civil servants. The Department of Indigenous Peoples Affairs, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Bureau, Department of Youth Affairs, and Department of Information Technology may form a joint team or combine with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Department of Government Ethics, and Research and Development Commission to form a city government joint team.
2. Participants in each team are limited to full-time personnel, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, security guards, or budgeted contract employees, temporary staff paid monthly, and acting personnel who are currently employed. Substitute service personnel are not included.
3. Participants from the City Government Retiree Association are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Teachers and Staff Group:
1. Teams will be formed by district. Each district office can form one male and one female team. Participants in each team are limited to full-time teachers and staff, and contract employees of municipal schools within each district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are not included.
2. Full-time staff of municipal schools at all levels may choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers and Staff Group, but cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff of municipal kindergartens will be included in the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

3. The expenses for participating teams will be borne by each agency (expenses for the Teachers and Staff Group will be covered by each district office from the budget for 'District-level Universal Sports Events').

4. This event uses online registration. Agencies and public enterprises forming teams should register directly on the registration website (URL: https://reurl.cc/6NA2pM). If you need to modify registration information, please do so on the website before the registration deadline: Monday, August 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM.

5. The team leader meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Participating agencies must send representatives. Any team that does not have a representative present will have their draw conducted by the organizing unit without objection.
