The semester-end school affairs meeting on June 29, 112 (2023) at 16:00. Faculty and staff who cannot attend are requested to fill out the "Report of Absence from Major Assembly Activities and Leave Application" (as attached) and submit an application, following past practice.

另一併提醒，如請假3天以上也需要填寫「請假(1次3天以上)申請書」(如附件)。
